Pay What You Can

Our membership are now, a pay-what-you-can model. This change was made to open the door for more people to join the Venture Outdoors community.

Memberships prices are based on the amount that is comfortable for you and your household. Your gift gives you special access and discounts to outdoor experiences, AND fuels programs that help people of all ages and stages to get outside.

Your Membership is considered a donation to Venture Outdoors and is therefore considered tax-deductible.

Recommended Membership Prices

Don't know where to begin? Here is what many other members are giving...

Annually - $50/year per individual

Students and seniors - $20/year per individual

Monthly - $10/month per individual

Students and seniors - $7/month per individual

Inspire. Educate. Equip.

When you become a member you’re opening the door for people of all ages and stages who experience barriers to getting outside. You can:

• Provide youth outdoor programs to schools and community groups
• Provide FREE outdoor programming for aging adults
• Support the Outdoor Inclusion Coalition which works to make our outdoor industry more inclusion for marginalized community with a focus on Black communities
• Host hundreds of outdoor programs that inspire, educate, and equip people to try new activities and enjoy the benefits of the outdoors
• Operate Kayak Pittsburgh our kayak, stand up paddle board, & canoe rentals at North Park & Downtown

Not everyone has access to the equipment, knowledge, or guidance to try new outdoor experiences. Your gift can change this.
